Application Procedures
Intake Options
Universities primarily offer intakes in September/October, with a few providing additional intakes in January/February.
English Language Proficiency
Foundation programs require UKVI IELTS. Undergraduate programs typically necessitate a UKVI or Academic IELTS score of 5.5 to 6.5. Postgraduate programs typically require a UKVI or Academic IELTS score of 6.0 to 6.5.
Academic Requirements
For Undergraduate (Bachelor’s) Programs:
GPA of 4.75 to 5.0 in HSC or equivalent
Some universities may require Math coursework in the 12th Grade for Business and Science programs
For Postgraduate (Master’s) Programs:
CGPA of 2.50 or equivalent
Note that GRE or GMAT is generally not required for Business, Science, and Engineering programs. However, some MBA programs may necessitate work experience and a GMAT score.
It’s important to note that specific entry requirements can vary between universities. Therefore, it’s advisable to contact the International Office at your chosen institution(s) to ensure you meet all the admission criteria for your desired course(s).

Visa Procedure and Fees
To qualify for a Tier 4 General Student Visa, you must attain a perfect score of 40 out of 40 points:
30 points for a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) Letter.
10 points for Maintenance (Funds).
Funds required:
Inside London borough: First-year tuition fees + $12,006
Outside London borough: First-year tuition fees + $9,207
Living Expenses: Estimated at $500 – $1000 per month.
Acceptable funds include savings or FDR accounts from listed banks. The visa application fee for Tier 4 (General) or Tier 4 (Child) is £348.
Visa processing times for Bangladesh range from 7 working days (Premium) to 20 working days (Normal).
